Individual Therapy or EMDR Therapy (60 minutes): $250

Therapy Intensives: Range from $1,500 - $3,000 for 6-12 hours of deep work

What you're investing in isn't just a therapy hour — it's specialized, results-driven support from someone who’s helped hundreds of women move from anxiety and people-pleasing into boundaries, clarity, and peace.

I combine 10+ years of experience, advanced EMDR training, and deep relational work that actually help you shift patterns, not just talk about them. This is the work that leads to lasting peace, clarity, and self-trust.

I offer virtual sessions for adults located in South Carolina & New York. I typically recommend a weekly cadence (especially in the beginning), though other arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

I don’t accept insurance at this time. However, I work with a third-party company to check your out-of-network coverage and submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement if they offer it. In these instances, you will need to pay for the session upfront, I will submit the claim and you will be reimbursed according to your plan’s coverage.

If you are located in NY & wish to use insurance benefits, I can connect you with another clinician from my team that is in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and BCBS in NY only.

Why don’t you take insurance?

I want to offer therapy that’s private, personalized, and not dictated by insurance restrictions. When working outside of insurance, we don’t need to assign a diagnosis, meet medical necessity requirements, or be limited in the length or style of treatment.

This allows us to focus fully on you—not on a third-party system.

Do you offer sliding scale sessions?

At this time, all sliding scale spots are full. If you're seeking lower-cost therapy in NY, I can connect you with a qualified therapist on my team.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected via credit or debit card at the time of each session. You’ll keep a card on file in my secure client portal, and everything is automated for your convenience. If you have a HSA or FSA card, you may use that as well.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

How do I know which service is best for me?

Great question—and it really depends on your goals, timeline, and the depth of work you're ready for. Here's a quick breakdown:

  • Therapy for Anxiety:
Ideal if you're looking for ongoing weekly support to manage stress, overthinking, people-pleasing, or boundary-setting. This is a great starting point if you’re new to therapy or want to build emotional awareness and coping tools over time.

  • EMDR Therapy:
A specialized approach that’s best if you’ve experienced past trauma, emotional neglect, or specific painful memories that still impact how you feel or function. EMDR can help you process those experiences more deeply and shift how they live in your body and mind.

  • Intensive Therapy:
A good fit if you want to make significant progress in a shorter period of time. Intensives are best for people who have limited time for weekly sessions, have done therapy before but feel stuck, or are ready to go deep quickly. We'll focus on one or two specific goals or themes over several extended sessions.

Still unsure? No worries. We can talk through what’s best during your free consultation and come up with a plan that feels right for you.
